Add callback(s) to notify add-on about any operation applied to an object

To create advanced add-ons it is important to have an accessible way of monitoring when an object that is supposed to be managed by the add-on is modified (or deleted) by the user with standard operators. There should be handlers added for this use case that can be used to react on such changes. The callback for the deletion of an object should be called before the actual delete operation executed such that data stored in the object is still accessible for the add-on.

Can't this be achieved with depsgraph with the current API?

testure

* @muhuk * technically, yes- the problem I have found with the depsgraph callback is that it's too vague. literally any change in the scene will fire a depsgraph callback. yes, you can have logic that detects whether your object was deleted or not, but you are running that logic every time something in your scene changes. If you change from object to edit mode? depsgraph update. Change selection? depsgraph update. Adjust the intensity of a light? Your 'detection' logic needs to run. It's very inefficient.
