constraints lock and unlock feature

when i am rigging in blender using so many constraints ,i am using def rig on top crt rig and i have no option to lock constraints on def rig and when i bake animation using visual key and clear constraints on crt rig its remove all constraints from def rig allso , so i want a new feature in blender constraints lock and unlock feature,i want to lock or somthing if constraints lock is active , constraints never remove without unlock , please add this feature, thank you blender
