Emulate 3 button mouse shortcut
I've been using the emulate 3 button mouse option with 2.79 for a while now, with both a wacom tablet and a mouse simultaneously, without any issues. In 2.8, it seems to conflict with the navigation... which is what I was expecting when I first started using it in 2.79, but it was never an issue.
Can we have a shortcut or at least an easy way to add a shortcut to this option to be able to switch input devices, please?

I don't even see the option in 2.8. But this should be pretty easy to do with Python- just create an addon with a function that sets the property, and bind it to whatever key you like. Probably doable in about 20 lines of code.
