Dimensions, measuring tool improvements
In Architecture and designing Industries taking precise measurements is very important...!! Improvement of measuring tool can be done by adding a new feature such as providing guideline by taking the reference of tape tool as in SketchUp, And the display of measurement can also be improved...!!! which can lead to very vast usage of Blender in all industries and that tool can become a Game Changer in Blender improvement as well ...

Being an avid Sketchup user myself and often doing certain projects in sketchup for its honestly rather niche advantages.
I do miss the simple "click and see" aspect of Sketchup. Getting the length of a line, or the area of a surface, or volume of an object are all wonderful things blender "lacks". (there are plugins. the 3d print one is good for volume)
At least blender has a "measure" tool that combined with setting the appropriate snapping gives most of the functionality one needs. For artistic projects one rarely needs accurate dimensions. Forgoing this accuracy to make modeling quicker is a benefit for Blender and its "intended" audience.
But I will reiterate my opinion. Blender isn't a CAD tool and it shouldn't be one. CAD programs should focus on its features from the perspective of "this thing should be built" where dimensional accuracy is more important than quickly approaching the desired shape. While blender should focus on being the artistic 3d modeling and animation program it is where modeling speed is more important than accuracy.
(I do use 3d CAD software on occasion in my line of work (blender is a hobby for me), and it is wonderful. But it is also really really slow due to its inherent requirements for constraints, since dimensional accuracy is important.)
