Give the option to Maintain Volume with IK Stretching.

I propose Blender add a "Maintain Volume" checkmark nested under the "Stretch" checkmark that provides users the option of stretching only along certain axes. As a more cartoon-y style animator, I quite value the use of squash and stretch in 3D animation. However, the current way Blender handles IK stretching simply uniformly scales a stretched IK bone on all axes, rather than scaling up on one axis and down on the other two to give a genuine "stretched" look. I've looked for simple solutions like adding a "Maintain Volume" constraint to the bone, but this simply does not work. The current workarounds I've seen typically involve adding a duplicate set of bones to an armature, and having one control stretching while the other controls IK. I feel like this is an unnecessarily complicated workaround for what should have a simple and elegant solution. MaintainVolume.png
