Shift-click on a value box's arrows to fine-adjust the value, similar to shift-dragging

In Blender, when you shift-drag a value box, it adjusts the value by a fine amount. For shader nodes, this is 0.01 (as opposed to regular dragging which does 0.1), and for modifiers it's 0.001 (regular dragging is 0.01).

However, this behavior doesn't apply to shift-clicking on the value box's adjustment arrows. That still adjusts the value by the larger interval. It would be really useful if you could shift-click the arrows to fine-adjust values more easily without having to drag.
