Transitions (Slide, Zoom, etc.)
Some additional transitions like
Dissolve, Slide, Zoom
and more for the Video Sequencer feature of Blender.
Some additional options like the length of the transition and the easing just to give a few can be edited in the strip panel on the side of the timeline.

Do you want to move Transitions into the Effect menu? Why?
Ahhhhh. I think you're right. I forgot that there's "Transition" so, no. These additional transitions will be kept in the Transition section.
