Copy attributes for origin, align origin

Due ticket developer.blender.org/T98548 Copy attribute not available for origins? - where conclusion is that Copy attributes not working for origin when transformation options are active, the proposal is to:

• Copy attributes for origin when transformation options are active
• Paste attributes for origin when transformation options are active

This same for align - normally is for object, but can be align for origins and it's really need as function and can help
