Edit space key shortcuts

Space key shortcuts are assigned to the playback buttons and menu buttons. I am a painter, so I use software such as clipstudio. So when I hold down the space key and drag, it moves parallel. I would like a shortcut for space key + ctrl and drag to zoom in and out. I'm using a translator so this may sound strange, but thank you in advance!
