align Curve tilt with surface object

blender should have a feature like aligning curve tilts to a targeted surface object , it could be useful when working with poly strips , so that the user don't have to tilt every curve individually . Though a similar feature is available in hair tool add-on( youtube.com/watch ) , but i think it is an important feature by itself that blender should have, maybe as an update for 2.8.
