Remove the minimal rendering dimensions limitation of 4x4 pixels.
The minimal resolution pixel limit is set to 4.
I propose to set the limit to 1x1 pixels.
A couple of reasons why this is useful:
- Today I wanted to create a simple color palette of 2x10 pixels - impossible.
- The other day I wanted to make a simple gradient 3x3 pixels for use with bilinear filtering - impossible.
- You can make smaller images in other programs, like MS Paint or GIMP with no problem.

As soon as I posted I realized it is possible to render one pixel if you set the resolution to 4x4 and change the percentage to 25%, but we shouldn't have to do it this way.
* @Tymski * then remove the post
* @mrajendra2150 * No, the suggestion is still valid.
* @Tymski * AFAIK minimum resolution of render should be one multiple of 4. One is not multiple of 4 for limits of libraries used in Blender.
You should well motivate because one developer should spend time to do one change as this, you should write all well definite use case and you should describe what gain will have all other 12-15 millions of Blender user to have this feature in Blender
that's why I'd send this to papercuts instead
