Multi-preference - Allow Individual Active Section Settings under same Workspace tab + Icons

Currently having multiple preference editors does not allow isolated use, which is basically if you click one section all the other preference editors will follow suit. This is inconvenient because it would be more efficient to have multiple preference editors open at the same time & allow for individual section without effecting the others. E.g. one for themes, addons, shortcuts, etc.
Having a customizable workspace tab dedicated for this removes the need to click through all the sections if you can have them set to those sections already.

Plus add some icons for better recognizably.
