Themes: Color individual tabs
I don’t see why Blender won’t give the ability for the user to customize the colors of individual tabs for example is there a reason to why Blender only have these global settings for the UI elements?

I reckon it isn't there because it would be more complicated to do. Anyone can add and remove tabs at any time, being able to customize them would require to querry the existing tabs any time someone changes them, make the customization UI, and store the user preferences for these tabs somewhere.
Thank you for your explanation, I understand why it hasn't been done already if it is very complicated to maintain without breaking stuff. It's just that it would be very useful if you could color code individual things, people i know who use blender want this and i've seen a bunch online who want this level of customization too. So if it could be done it would have been a very useful feature to have.
Imagine the mess when add-on developers want to get their tab noticed so they use eye-catching colors. Then some add-ons might have clashing colors that will make distinguishing them actually harder.
I would prefer to support custom icons in tabs rather than colors.
