Multi-Activate-Addon Option
I wanted to activate Blender with a few addons for specific work. Like: Activate all Sculping Addons and save the setup. Restart Blender with activated addons.

Not sure what the restart will be useful for?
Though I wish we could quickly toggle on/off a bunch of addons just by click-dragging over their checkboxes, like we can do in other places of Blender.
Better what you said! Agreed, a restart should not be necessary.
It isn't. Unless you managed to find a specific addon that somehow requires a restart, it has never been needed to restart Blender for addons.
ok, we could also save it. But i my codeknowledge is weak. We could save the last setup, so if Blender opened again we have the chosen addon setup at start.
It should already save your addons preferences by default.
If it doesn't, you can always hit the save button from the lower-left burger menu:
Sure, but it is a pain with a lot of addons activating and deactivating. Better would be to save a preset for the addons. But i do not know the state for the future development. So forgive me.
