Trim Brush
Edit : The idea is to add a new brush to the sculpt mode : the trim brush. It would act similar to a boolean modifier (difference) but straight in sculpt mode. From the viewport you could select (similarily to the box selection or circle selection) the region you want deleted, blender would then instantiate (not an actual 'physical mesh') the shape (an infinitely long prism) there which would act as an automatic difference boolean. In the tool settings, there would be the opportunity to change the shape subtracted, cylinder/cube/or even a freehand drawn shape (Maybe using a similar algorithm to the grease pencil convert to mesh?). This would save alot of time when sculpting, building shapes more easily.
In the edit i wasn't able to add an image so here it is: s19.postimg.org/i1osjwkzn/Trim3.png

It's generally best if you could avoid proposals that are phrased as "add this feature from X software." You can't necessarily count on other users or developers having the same experience with other software that you do.
It would be best to describe the feature in its own right and how it might be implemented to work within Blender. From your description, the Trim Brush is kind of a boolean operator. However, Blender has no means of adding primitives in Sculpt mode. So how would the feature work? How would users choose their primitives? Could those primitives be edited within Sculpt mode as well? What would be the tools for doing that?
If you could include mock-up images as part of your description, that would also be a really big help.
