Add next/previous marker button on the timeline marker

Hey there! Could we get 2 new buttons on the timeline?

Jump to previous marker and jump to next marker , both of these operators exist already in the dropdown menu "Marker" but I believe they should get exposed I don't believe it adds too much clutter, obviously the design of their placement should be improved but it's just a rough suggestion. :)
