New filters for the compositor

Now that "Bloom" is going to be thrown out of the window it's a great oportunity to implement new filters for the compositor, the ones there are now date from a time long gone

I Know many of them can be manually concocted in the compositor and converted into node groups for reusing them, but they should be readily available as a filter like in many other software package.

Obvious choices would be:

Bloom, Lens Flare, Vignette, Proper Color Grading, LUTs, to name some

Other not so obvious would be:

Radial blur, Zoom blur, dehaze, clone stamp, aperture diffraction, dust and scratches, add cinematic noise, Text object maybe??, Mirrors (kaleidoscope effect), scanlines, tilt-shift blur, motion trails. RipBloom.jpg

Yes. We could use multiple LUTs at the same time. Very cool!
