Measurement tracker besides the cursor (Optional feature) / Part 3

The user will have the option to dock it on the lower part of the screen if they don't want it to be part of the cursor.

Important Note:

The length and angle can be typed while using the transform tool. You can switch between angle and length by pressing Tab Key. This feature is similar to Autocad.
