Top & Status Bars [Disable & Switch Top/Bottom Position Option]

As a user who has zero need for the top bar, having the ability to disable rather than hide it is necessary because sometimes misclicking the workspace tab ends up un-hiding it. This is frustrating because it a unnecessary hassle to re-hide.

I find it very awkward to look at the status bar info at the far bottom right, since its more conventional to read at at the top. So having the ability to flip it to the top would be a nice addition.

To find a solution to these issues I have, I propose in the user preference to have the option to permanently disable or switch the position between top/bottom.
