Grease Pencil feature request: Double click to end line and (Alt) hotkey to only use one curve handle (Blender 2.90)

part 4 of my grease pencil feature request.

1.) Double Click to end line. This will make the drawing tasl much easier and faster. Especially if the user is using a mouse.

2. Use (Alt) hotkey to only adjust or move a single curve handle instead of both. When alt hotkey is not used, both the curve handles will be moved. This functionality would be cery helpful not only for grease pencil but also in the graph editor where curve functionalities can benefit from it. This can make the adjustment workflow mich faster and easier.
