Move Color and Text away from Effect Strips
All Effect Strips in the VSE affect one or more underlying strips, except the Color and the Text effect, which stand on their own, so I don't think they really belong in the Effect Strip menu.
edit: mockup added, the alignment of the text isn't correct, so ignore that :)

This is a good idea as these elements are self contained generated content, I would add that Blender should include textures to Color and Text strips.
Where do they belong, then? Please provide suggestions, preferably with a mock-up.
