Save on which monitor Blender was last used
every time I start Blender, I have to drag its window from the main monitor to the tablet display. My suggestion is that Blender should save in preferences on which monitor the user last used it.

You can do that now. Place Blender on the monitor you want it to start and then go to: File>Defaults>Save Startup File
its doesnt work, to get blender to do this I had to add commands to it at startup, it shouldn't work this way -p -2560 3 2560 1440
