Duodecimal on the timeline
People already animate by the dozen anyway and it would be an easy thing to implement. Add an option for the dope sheet, action editor, and maybe others to display by duodecimal.

Hello. Would you mind providing some more in-depth contextualization, and perhaps some example(s), on how that "Duodecimal" approach should work or look like?
Why it that useful? What can it be used for? in which circumstances it would be valuable? Is it a 3D Animation or 2D Animation practice?
Without further contextualization, I think your proposition might not be able to gather enough interest, even though it might be something critically relevant for Animation in Blender.
PS: If you can't explain, then perhaps linking to some good reference(s) can work as well.
