2-hand GP draw + rotate for true 3D drawing (à la Rhonda 3D)

When we draw in GP we draw in planes on 3D space. When we need to give depth to drawings we need come after the stroke is "done" and pull stuff around.

If one could draw with one hand and rotate with another (see the video below) then we could truly draw in depth, creating 3D spirals in one go.
