Allow viewing negative timeline again in video sequencer

In 4, I could place the new sequences I wanted to add in the negative space, easily pick out what I wanted and edit it into the video. But when I followed my usual procedure I was stopped when I could not move the current frame below zero. The advantage of using the negative space is that anything there won't end up in the final result accidently. As it stands now I can't select the strip I'm looking for. Zoom moves them off the left hand side and picking them one by one followed by checking to see if I picked the correct strip is time consuming. It was a nice feature if it has to go, fine I guess, but I miss it.
