Better Incremental snap for Feet and inches

Currently if we want to snap 4'5" there is now way of doing it. I love the blender incremental feature in which i don't have to move my hand from mouse to key board but it is frustrating to type 4+5/12 everytime after doing every archviz extrusion of edges.

In fact blender need to change the complete way of handling Imperial units. even if i have to input 4'5" while moving, I cant do so. i had to press F9 after the operation is completed and type manually, this completely break the workflow.

Use Metric, not just because I think it is better, but because it is what is used for example in Unreal Engine or other 3D packages by default.

* @datadieb * In archictural field you cant undestimate/bypass Feet and Inches. I know for a computer it is very easy to compute decimal values but what about the Architects and Engineers of whole world who use 3d for Archviz

no way:

* @Pawel Piotrowski * it only snap 6" not 5" or 4". because 6" is just the half of 1 Feet. the whole imperial workflow needs to be revamped.
