Shotgun Pipeline Integration
Although Shotgun is a Autodesk Tool (that nobody really likes in the Blender Community), it is a tool that a lot of studios use. I know that there are some people out there that tried an interation already. So if there is an active post on that we can delete this one! I think the main problem is that blender has a python 3 base and shotgun needs 2.7. Is that right? It is important for studios to have a solution for that, because then blender can be a part of the usual pipeline and will be used more in a professional context.
The studio that worked on "The Man in the High Castle" used parts of it in their pipeline: blender.org/user-stories/visual-effects-for-the-man-in-the-high-castle/
But sadly I found no plugin in the web. A workaround at the moment could be to manage a project with the tool prism and integrate there the shotgun management: vimeo.com/277343875 Has anyone expirience with that?

Thanks for posting this. It's an interesting approach to go via prism, I'll check that out and see how well it works. SG does have a python 3 api now so perhaps some basic integration can be written. I think the core toolkit is still 2.7 but 3 is on the way.
* @reformstudios * thanks! Can you tell me if it was successful or if you find another solution?
