I would love having more curve tools available to create simple blueprints and measures. I think the cureve system is already nice but some minimal added features would make them also usefull for CAD drawing at least.

* during my architectural studies i used max and acad to design and visualise everything over a decade ago.
Until recently i managed drawing simple plans and technical stuff either using max or adobe ai. Even with its architectural base max has no real CAD plan drawing tools (ofcourse not because ad$k wants to sell you acad right).
Better yet when i was a little kid i drawed my first floorplan on an amiga running geos. I still remember it to be an awesome experience. But today i can't find anything that suits my needs (for this type of work).
If you go out there and look for a simple (free or cheap) tool to draw that table, floorplan or technical drawing you'll be dissapointed. They are bought and killed off by giants. Leaving you with illustrator to draw some lines if you are in luck.
I ditched ad$k and max when Blender 2.8 was released and i think nomatter what happens i'll be drawing my stuff in Blender. So if any tools for that get upgraded i will rejoice.

There is a lot of CAD based software, even for free. If i have to propose something would be conversion method from DXF to curves and vice versa, like the DXF addon but making curves and archs, not just small straight lines. That, in theory, would be fast and easy to address since there is already an addon, you just need to fix it (for the conversion method i mean).

Bab, rotate face addons - as some solid cad solutions
Some tools like transforming image before projection sounds (in my head) interseting..
Overall i think proposal should be more detailed..
