Right side property area icons with a pop up call parameters back
Right side property area icons with a pop up call parameters back within the short space. Said plainly: We need pop up for property icons once the area has been "slimmed". The pop up should display icons, then clicking on one, should make those parameters appear on the properties area.
New user don´t know about the scrolling function on the top menu (much less on any other menu), so at least this "queue" will help them. Check video please. Vote up if you agree: youtu.be/pvcx4xRjTmg

How would this pop up? Where? What would it look like? What happens if the user has more than one Properties Editor visible in their screen layout?
I think this proposal needs to be fleshed out quite a bit more before it can be acted upon.
@Jason van Gumster: pop out is a "draw on top" call. Everywhere (programatically speaking). So please check up the video. The way it "looks like" it´s the same. It´s on the video.
@3dcinetv: I did watch the video. I still have the same questions... especially when it comes to layouts that have multiple Properties Editors. Also, what if the Properties Editor is in the middle of a layout, with a UV Editor on the left and a 3D View on the right?
@Jason van Gumster: yesterday I contracted everyting on side by side repetitive Shift+F7. A pop up is a pop up and it will only pop when mouse clicks on the blue (icon) proposed (or a specifically designed icon for that matter) like the little semiround cross we got to check and EXPAND (see this concept applied?) the N and T bars.
