Smooth / nudge / move brush with project to surface at base level for retopology.

The relax tool in edit mode needs a brushing style alternative, that can respect snapping to the surface. Smoothing is a very useful tool to even out your edge flow when doing retopology, but the way it works now which is by using the Sculpting room, is not good enough.

When you smooth in the Sculpt room, it distorts the base level under the projection modifier, and creates a problem the more you do it with accuracy in selections. What ends up happening is that you distort the model, so it looks right with the projection modifier on, but when you go to select a vertex, it could be an inch to the side somewhere instead of where you are clicking.

The smoothing brush needs an option to project on to the surface as it performs the smoothing. Just like when you are moving vertices one at a time in edit mode.

The workaround I'm using right now is to enter the sculpt room, paint relax. Enter Object mode, duplicate the shrink wrap modifier with Shift+D, then Ctrl+A to apply the lower level copy. Enter Edit mode and continue with retopology as usual.

Same idea with similar brushes, like nudge or move.

Maybe there is some way to automate this, I don't know but I think that it could use an upgrade.
