Update of blender video editor
Here are some suggestions for the next version of blender. One of the things I would like is to update the blender video editor, here are my suggestions.
-Add a bit of built-in effects, text effects, or other new features.
-In terms of audio processing, I hope you can add noise reduction.
-Add simple drawing features to the blender video editor, such as basic circles, rectangles, and line segments, and it would be great if you could add line segment animations.
-Object tracking
-Audio modulation without affecting pitch
Although blender's main focus is not video editing, you guys are excellent in other areas, hope to get your reply, thanks.

Exactly. It is not.
The video toolset is sufficient to import video or audio, to use as an aid for building 3D content around that visual, or for very simple editing.
If you are needing full-featured video editing, use Davinci Resolve. It's free, and a superior editor.
The VSE is used extensively in the Blender in-house productions. It is not just for "use as an aid for building 3D content around that visual": studio.blender.org/blog/charge-previsualization/
I agree with Thorn. Davinci has a great free version which is superior and especially made for video editing. Also the Blender team is free to use that free version, so I don't see any reason to spend valuable development resources on improving/expanding the video editor.
My sympathies for those working in Blender in-house productions.
