"Create scene from selected clips" option in VSE

• Select clips in VSE
• Right click > Create scene from selected clips
• A prompt appears to enter a new scene name
• A new scene is created that is populated with the selected clips and a related "scene," strip is inserted into the original timeline.

This would be a really convenient way to create nested clips, or clips that use the compositor.
