"Set Origin" commands should include an option to preserve children transforms

Much like how clear parent has a "keep transform" option I would very much appreciate an option to preserve a parent object's children after its origin is changed. Sometimes I just want to change a pivot point and right now their offsets are not fixed or adjusted during an origin change so they shift as a result.
