useful Tools to N panel (Property panel)
i have recently tried Fluid designer and find this usefull toolbar at the top , i think this should be in blender too , its very usefull

I agree that it's convenient, but I have concerns. With as much as we currently have crammed in the 3D View's Properties region, I worry that this simply adds more clutter and continues to duplicate what's already accessible in the Properties Editor.
yes i agree , but what i have in my mind was . to put whole 3d view's property panel(N panel) into separate button in that addon,
thus when we click on material button we wont see any of 3d view property's compartment ,
and you are right that right now there are too many thing in Npanel , so thats why keeping N panel as it and putting it in the first button(info button in the image) of the addon panel will make things more easy What say ?
That's essentially putting tabs in the Properties region. If we're to do that, then the UI should probably be consistent with the other tabbed regions in Blender.
I'm still not entirely convinced that this is the right course to take, but if one were to do it, then it should be consistent.
i really dont understood what you said about ui being consistent ,
but it is preety much working well in fluid designer software ,
have you tried it , software it self is not that friendly because they made many changes . but this one i like the most and felt like this has to be in addon collection
