Handle Text Assets

Data-Block Text can be marked as assets. But can't be used.

Open text files in Text Editor when Drag and Drop from Asset Librery Add functionality of draging and droping text assets in text editor in order to open them inside the text editor

Quick access of text assets Similar panel like geometry tools, in order to access the text assets.

Execute on Drop "Execute on Drop" toogle similar to modifier and tool geometry nodes can be created in order to execute the files when drag in different context areas.
