Grease Pencil: Restore "Convert To" in Right-Click Menu

For whatever reason "Convert To" was removed from the right-click menu for Grease Pencil objects in 4.3. You must now go up to the Object drop-down menu to convert them to curves.

Except "Curves" doesn't work anymore. You need to convert to mesh and THEN convert to curves. Unfortunately that process also erases the stroke pressure info.

Please restore this. There's no usability gains from this change.
