Deciding features to launch

Can you make a polling section where artist or creators can vote on features they want on Blender for the future? Something like how Mojang does in Minecraft where they give the options to be updated which can be developed by them and the community votes on it. One can do polling for 2 - 3 features where developers are available if it's not possible for all features.
