Changing rotation snapping
With scroll up/down when rotating to increment or decrement angle snap
In this image it's not a good snapping angle, but is just illustrating my idea
EDIT :
I don't know if I just edit or create a other proposal for this, but in the toolbar adding snapping option.
Unreal Engine 4 for exemple

It baffles me how this isn't a feature already! Changing the angle snapping increment is a basic and expected functionality of any major 3d program (Unreal, Max, Maya). Missing basic features like this has been by far the biggest frustration for me when trying to transition from Max/Maya to Blender.
I've already proposed this (but this should be for moving and scaling too) blender.community/c/rightclickselect/xZbbbc/parameters-for-snapping-increments
I would prefer a global option, like "rotation snap angle" that is set once. And for specific angle, you keep the opportunity to enter the exact angle in the panel.
Global snapping options could also be available for moving and scaling tools.
@pcservice.dordogne: I edited my proposal, I had not thought, thank you :)
I also like this proposal, but should be a way to "snap out of it" as well. Maybe similar to - for instance - edge sliding options?
I like the proposal. However, i would like to leave the navigation buttons open for eventual 'navigate while transforming' feature. MMB scroll should be reserved for zooming when dev finally enable navigation when using these tools. This is of extreme importance.
Alt+scroll maybe?
@Okavango: I think it's not necessary, because to snap, we need to use ctrl+click, if we use alt = ctrl+alt+click+scroll, that's a lot of button for just that^^
+1
It would save me days of my life!
