Time Stretching and Frame Range QoL button
I think there should be a checkbox called "Apply Time Stretching Values to Output Frames"
Because right now, after entering a non 1:1 time stretching value (old 60: new 24). I need to look at my Frame Start/End values. I need to pull up a calculator and multiply by .4 and then enter that new value in the Frame Start/End fields.
This makes using Time Stretching a clunky process imo. Why am I needing to manually remap the Frame Start and End times? The ratio data is right there. Why can't it be applied to the Start/End frames automatically. Is it because of fractions? Is frame rounding bad?
The proposed checkbox would have it so, for eg; with a 60:24 time stretching ratio, I have an animation Frame Start set to 8000, the output frame that Blender would render, will actually be frame 3200, labeled as 3200.
This would be a QOL addition to time stretching to make it easier to use. I would also allow the change to be backwards compatible and optional if this doesn't fit in someones workflow.

We could go further and disconnect keyframes from frames so changing timescale/fps won't affect animation time scale but just condense additional frames between. Keyframe could be placed on timeline, and frames will be calculated by timescale.
So anything with interpolation will work properly. Something like subframes right now.
subframes are already exist, id you turn off key snapping on tthe timeline
