Fluid Immiscibility
Hello there.
I am new to 3d animations and blender.
I recently got an idea if I could animate mixing of water and oil (which are immiscible) in blender.
But fluid simulation has got very less physical variables, in fact only viscosity.
Although miscibility depends on liquid liquid pairs it shouldn't so hard to be implemented.
Also many other variables could be there like volatility(example, lying water evaporates with time ), compressibility(example, fluid kept in smaller container splashes out when container breaks).
That's all.
Thank you.

You need something advanced. Check MantaFlow builds, Flipfluids, Molecular addon.
The challenge here, as far as I understand it, is that Blender's fluid simulation tools only support fluid sources of a single type (since they're all in a single domain and that domain is the container for the simulation mesh data). So fluid mixing is not something easily supported in the existing structure. The other two attributes are probably better covered in a separate proposal.
