Freezing 'Blender Preferences' Header
A means of freezing the header portion of 'Blender Preferences'. This will eliminate having to scroll all way to the top for adding new entries for searching.

+1. I don't see a reason to make freezing it optional. This area should simply never be affected by scrolling.

* @Johnny Lassiter * What I meant is that this menu should be changed how you described it, by default, and that there shouldn't be even an option to change it back to like it is now, because like it is now makes no sense. ;)
