Make an official "Full key map".
Working with shortcuts is way more faster. Selecting menus clicking tools again and again make a big difference if you do it all day. One more click, a little search for an operation in a long menu becomes very frustrating if you have to do repetitively. Quick favorites menu is not enough to handle this problem. If an addon needs shortcuts it can add its shortcuts in its own workspace.
My proposal is to have a full key map maintained officially by blender. Everyone knows that we can add our own shortcuts. It should be maintained by official blender because of consistency and sustainability. And this way blender users will know that "Full key map" will be maintained. If you don't need all shortcuts, you don't open full key map no problem for you. It doesn't have to be enabled default.
I didn't think about name of the key map. You can find better one.

The Full old keymap is already there, if you go to the preferences>input and change Blender to Blender 27x, and not only it works as before, it has some of the new things like using 1,2,3 in edit mode to select vertex, edge or faces. Pablo said he will maintain it, but i don't know to what extent that will be the case
@Wo! 262: Even if I use the 27x key map I can't select transform tool. That is a new thing and doesn't have a shortcut. 2.8 needs its own full key map not old one.
There are people maintaining reference documents (Posters and the like) to the default keymap layout Like these:
But don't expect 2.8 to be fixed just yet - As the Beta process continues, the keymap will continue to stabilize, but at the moment it's like taking a spade and trying to dig a hole in the ocean :-)
@ammusionist: Thanks. I was using 2.7 almost only with shortcuts. I couldn't wait to change to 2.8. Now I found my self clicking places for every action. I think I should be more patient. Most essential shortcuts will probably be added eventually I hope :)
@betmen: Be aware: There is a move away from having every single feature tied to a shortcut key. The principle behind this is to free up keys, which allows individuals to map their own most-used functions. This will allow you to create a workflow that is best and fastest for you. I believe Pablo addressed this during his latest podcast! blender.community/c/today/k9cbbc/ui-questions-and-fixes-blender-today-live-43
This isn't a very actionable proposal. It needs to be much more specific. If the full keymap you envision differs from the existing one, what are the specific mappings you would choose?
Saying "someone should do something about this" is a great way to not get anything done at all.
@Jason van Gumster: Problem is that minimal key map force you to click more. Solution is to make an alternative shortcut setup to let people work faster like they use to be. We can't discuss all the shortcuts here. To be more specific, at least every tool in every mode may have its own shortcut. So i dont need to look for the tools position at the tool bar and click on it to change active tool every time.
I'm sorry I really couldn't understand why you write "someone should do something about this". At second paragraph I tried to explain what is the proposal: "My proposal is to have a full key map maintained officially by blender". "Something" is to provide a full key map. Which let us work without clicking or menu searching. And "Who" is blender foundation or blender institute. It must be maintained officially.
If I couldn't explain my self, please reply. So i can be more specific. This is really a big problem for me, any participation is appreciated, thanks.
@betmen: I'm saying we can discuss all the shortcuts here. Your proposal right now is "make it better" but that by itself isn't really actionable. It's not something a developer can sit down and just do. Design the specific keyboard layout you want to use. Propose that.
