Need help

Hello great people, can someone please help me set up EVEE render for my scene, is quite simple, i render out in lokdev but it's not good, reflections are not best, glass is invisible and got some gliches, i'm not yet very familiar with EVEE and in Cycle this 2500 frames of camera animation will last forever. I pack all files in .blend
