GPU noise sound while using Eevee Render

Hi all :) I have a NVidea RTX 2080, I noticed that my card is making a high noise sound only while rendering with eevee (only while rendering, no sound while in viewport render), it starts and stops with each frame rendered. Iam sure its not a fan sound, the temp is low (45°C).. no sound is heared while using cycles even on high temp.

having some concerns about the health of the gpu while using eevee render. Thanks alot :)

You are probably experiencing coil while. This can be annoying, but there is nothing wrong with your GPU. It happens sometimes when the oscillating electric currents in some of the GPU components create corresponding electromagnetic fields. If these oscillate at the resonant frequency of a given component, it can literally vibrate a tiny bit which gives off sound. That seems scary, but there's no reason to worry. It won't cause any problems with your card.

Funny thing is it can come and go depending on what sort of load is being placed on your graphics card. My GTX970 used to do it when I played Minecraft, for example, but not when rendering. YMMV

U should probably visit newegg discord or other pc hardware community for that one. It could be not necessarily caused by evee but maybe because of ur PC/GPU settings or placement.

A good start would be to look if you are not overclocking it too much or look at the update version of the driver.
