VrChat: Help customize my avatar

I'm looking for an actual artist with a passion.

this is my avatar i would like to add weight to the clothing and textures to the skin, few sets of outfits, and simply upgrade the emotes menu system.. i do have blender and unity installed and hopefully at the end i can figure out how to change the nails on my own..
