Yes, this is perfect for me! Now, when i join face by edges using F button, multiples colors are made in the new face, how can I join edges with a face with just one color?

World-Theory

I think that when you used F to fill the space between two edges in the mesh, the UV map had to be updated to include the newly created face. And in the UV Map, the new face was put between the two edge it is connected to on the mesh. If this is the case, you'll have to edit the UV Map so that the new face has some space on the image texture to itself.

I think it's pretty common practice to do most of the editing to a mesh before putting work into arranging the UV Map nicely. Because editing the mesh after you create a UV Map layout the way you want means that you need to go back and edit the UV Map again to account for the changes to the mesh, such as new faces.

I think this tutorial may help you to create a new UV map. It may cover some things you already saw in the other video, but explanations by more than one person on the same topic can help to learn things better: youtube.com/watch

And this other video isn't about Blender specifically, but gives more background knowledge on UV maps and how rendering engines use them. And has some tips on making your UV maps better so that you avoid texture problems, and you waste less of the space of your image texture: youtube.com/watch

I hope I'm not overwhelming you with knowledge, but here's an add-on that may help you with UV editing: github.com/mrven/Blender-Texel-Density-Checker

This video talks about the add-on: youtube.com/watch

I think you are talking about creating a Texture Atlas. Combining multiple textures into one. This should create one image texture with the texture data from the all the other images.

Here's a video tutorial I found that teaches how to create a Texture Atlas. (You can probably ignore parts about Unity unless you're working with Unity too.)
