Request: Grouping for Vertex Groups, Pose Library and Shape Keys

So there is an addon for shape keys that adds something like folders to shape keys in order to group them. The developer has been asked to do something similar to that for the Vertex Groups and Pose Library but said his method does not work for those two.

I think that's a very useful feature and should be added.
