Blender 2.8 : Feedback on Save Warning messages

Greetings.

I noticed Blender 2.8 for windows has at least three different scenarios to where it could warn you to when a project has not been saved. However, I find these warnings inconsistent.

In my humble opinion, Scenario ones Dialogue box should be used for all three save changes alert scenarios on a windows platform, as a Newbie myself this is the easiest one to follow.
