Shouldn't Blender Today be an informational place about Blender?

I am noticing more and more posts related to technical assistance issues while I supposed this website to be an informational place where to read news about Blender and related content. I find this many requests of help quite annoying, not because of their nature, I like to provide help and I understand the need for assistance, but because I don't think this is the proper place for such enquiries. It looks like people don't get proper answers where they should so they write here because of the vast audience. Am I totally wrong? Happy Blending.
