Use any external text editor with Blender 🐵

Hello, in the recent Blender today pablo presented updates for blender code editor. Well I wrote a simple addon which works together with a small console application. The aim is to use any external code editor for Blender addon development and update codes in Blender automatically. It is in early development but work quite well for my needs.
